How to do product listing on amazon
Product Listing
Amazon product listing is the product for each of the items you sell on amazon.
Details:
1) After logging in to your seller's main account, click "Add a Product" under the Inventory drop-down menu. “Note: You can also upload products by clicking Add Product via Upload”. This method is useful for different types of products, but if this is your first list, you can add a spreadsheet to it. Can be defeated.
2) On the Add a Product page, you can choose from three options. First, you can add a product that already exists on Amazon. “You can do this by searching for the product by name or product ID. Second, you can click Create a new product list just below the search box”. If you are uploading a brand new product that is not currently sold on Amazon then this is the one to use. Third, if you want to upload more than one product at a time, you can use the "bulk upload" feature on the right side of the screen. For the sake of this guide, let me show you how to create a new product list with other methods.

3) Once you click "Create New Product List," you'll be asked to assign your new product to the Amazon category. You can find a category in two ways: by using the search feature or by browsing the categories. For convenience, I just want to use the search engine function.

4) After typing your product in the search bar, you will be given all possible categories for that particular product. For my ice cream coups , I have been given 12 different choices that will fit my water bottle. Make a reasonable choice for your product. For my ice cream coups I will choose the fourth option, " ice cream coups".

5) Fill in the listing information for your new product. On the next page, you'll see that your listing information is divided into 7 tabs: important information, variations, offers, images, descriptions, keywords, and more.

The name of your product will be the title that every user sees in your list. It is important And my title can continue as long as I can't stay within 250 characters.
2. Manufacturer and Brand Name

You won't need it unless your product is an alternative to another product.
3. Package Quantity

Since I'm not selling 2 or 3 packets of water bottles, I'll enter 1 here.
4. Material Type
Click inside the field to be given a list of contents to select. I will pretend that the ice cream coups is made of plastic.
5. Color and Color Map

I enter the color of my product, but I leave the color map field blank. If you are thinking of selling a variety of colors, you will specify this when we come across the different types of tabs.
6. Shape

If this does not apply to your product, leave it blank. I used "round", but I think most users would guess.
7. GTIN Exemption Reason

Most products require a GTN (Global Trade Identification Number) similar to the UPC or (for books) ISBN. However, you may be discounted depending on your product category. If you're interested in getting an exemption, here's Amazon's guide to product categories and exemption possibilities:
8. Related Product ID Type and Related Product ID

If your product belongs to another product, you should enter the identity of the other product here. For example, if my ice cream coups only matched a specific kitchen, I would attach my ice cream coups to the other kitchens UPC here. If your product is a solo product, leave these fields blank.
9. Item Display Dimensions and Weight

Remember to follow the guidelines provided by Amazon on this page.
If you want more direction for photos of your product, be sure to check out our other article, Forge Photos fails to avoid your Amazon listing.
11. Description: The Description tab is divided into two sections: Key Product Features and Product Description.
Key Product Features
Fields featuring key products will become a bullet point near the top of your listing, such as a ice cream coups list:

There are two facts you need to know about the features of your product.
1. Although Amazon claims that this is not the case, many expert sellers have confirmed that Amazon ranks your product based on the keywords in the bullet points of your product feature. I recommend that you change as many individual keywords as possible in these features.
2. Amazon says they limit you to 100 characters in each field. However, if you use more, the words still appear in your list (they do not exclude this phrase). Now, Amazon may finally start to eliminate the length of your key features, but so far, they don't mind. My
recommendation Use as much space as you can, and fill in the space with keywords.

Product Description
Product Description Another opportunity to sell your product to your customer.
Use this field to sell to customers on the benefits of your product. Don't just talk about features, but also about how your product solves your customer's problems.
